Your prime responsibility is to delight our guests with every meal, exceeding their expectations and tantalising their taste buds. Presentation and quality is of prime importance and you should be able to show a flair for creativity.

The chef is expected to cook and serve breakfast, prepare and set out afternoon tea and cakes and a 4 course gourmet evening menu. A flair for presentation is required in all aspects of this work.

You must have an outgoing personality, good organisation and planning skills and be happy working in an open kitchen. 

The main role of chalet host /supervisor is to look after our guests at our 12 bed luxurious ski in ski out chalet.

We pride ourselves on our high standard of client service to ensure each holiday is a unique and enjoyable experience. We therefore require a someone who can work to a high standard, be professional in their presentation and be comfortable and relaxed whilst liaising with guests on a day to day basis.

Reporting directly to the owners you will be responsible for the overall enjoyment of the client’s holiday and have ultimate responsibility to ensure that all duties are fulfilled and that the chalet is run to an extremely high standard.

You must be extremely trustworthy, have an outgoing personality, be able to talk comfortably with the clients and have experience in dealing with staff. You should possess strong organisational skills and plenty of drive and enthusiasm.

We are looking for a driver/assistant to work as part of a team to ensure high standards of client service ensuring each holiday and every client has a unique and enjoyable experience.

The main role of the drver is to transfer our clients to and from Geneva airport and provide transport around the Chamonix Valley.

You will be responsible for various duties around the chalet including hot tub maintenance, general maintenance and cleaning.

 We therefore require someone of smart appearance who will carry out all driver duties as well as other chalet duties to a very high standard.

The main role of the nanny is to care for the children’s staying at our 12 bed luxurious ski in ski out chalet. 

To perform all tasks that correlate to the care of children creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment and to maximise the children’s enjoyment of their skiing holiday.

Depending on client’s requirements your duties many vary from week to week, from day time nanny service to transporting children to and from ski school, children’s entertainment, or supporting the chalet host with general chalet duties.

You will be responsible for menu planning, the cooking and preparation of children’s meals, including lunches and snacks as required. 

You must be fit and hard working, have good planning and organisational skills. Be able to juggle tasks and work well under pressure in this demanding role.

A typical week commences on Saturday with chalet changeover and cleaning duties. You will be expected to meet and greet each guest on arrival and in the evening you will conduct a short welcome speech and serve an aperitif before the evening meal. A three course menu is typically served to clients on Saturday and Tuesday evening, and at other times as and when required. A continental breakfast is served Sunday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

Some driving is required on Tuesdays to collect clients from Chamonix and during Friday evening to transport clients to and from a restaurant.

Other duties include shopping, daily house keeping, preparing laundry for professional cleaning, hot tub daily maintenance, refuse disposal and gardening.

You must work as a team to organise your work efficiently and maintain daily records of expenditure.
